How long are sessions and how do they work? +

Sessions are 30 minutes and conducted via video (Zoom or Google Meet). Your coach comes prepared with a session plan based on your development areas and any updates you've sent since the last call.

What's the difference between ad hoc and a package? +

Ad hoc sessions are individual bookings โ€” pay per session, no commitment. Package plans lock in a set number of sessions at a lower per-session rate, with structured bi-weekly cadence and a full performance plan built around the full engagement period. Packages deliver deeper results because consistency compounds.

Can I upgrade from ad hoc to a package later? +

Yes. If you start with a per-session booking and decide you want a package, we can apply credit toward a package and set you up on a committed schedule. Just reach out to your coach or contact us directly.

How do package sessions get scheduled? +

Package sessions are scheduled every two weeks on a recurring basis. Your coach works around your training, competition, and school schedule โ€” sessions can be moved as needed with 48 hours notice.

What sport backgrounds do your coaches work with? +

Our coaches work with athletes across all individual and team sports โ€” from basketball, soccer, baseball, and softball to swimming, tennis, golf, track & field, gymnastics, and more.
